E-Gift Cards:

E-Gift Cards are purchased through our websites "Gift Card" page and can be bought for yourself or another individual to utilize when purchasing through our online checkout process. When an individual purchases a gift card, the recipient receives an email letting them know they have a gift card for our site. This email will include a "Gift Card Code" which is used during the checkout process. To redeem the card, the recipient logs onto our website and during the payment process, they will select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code and complete their checkout process like any other purchase. If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using regular payment methods. 

 

Note: It is not possible to refund the purchase of gift cards.

Shipping:

We ship domestic packages via the United States Postal Service and ship using Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated at $8.25 total charge for any order at the time of checkout. For large custom orders where shipping would exceed $50 at regular cost by the USPS, the customer will be invoiced separately and responsible for any shipping cost over $50.

We ship Internationally (except some parts of Middle East) via USPS International Priority current rates. Note: We do not, or will not, falsify any required Customs Documents, the correct value will be reflected and documented on any required forms. We also will not split the cost with the customer to ship internationally. Any additional costs, such as, duties, tax, etc.. will be paid by, and is the responsibility of the customer. Any additional un-forseen shipping costs, will be invoiced to and paid by the customer prior to shipping any product.

Returns and Refunds:

All our items are packed and shipped as safely as possible. We are not responsible for any damage caused by any shipping carriers. On occasion, shipping damages do occur during the shipping process. If that does occur, you can reach out within 48 hours of receiving your items and we will assist you with any options you may have.

 

If your package was delivered with damage, take pictures prior to opening the package and then of the item(s) after opening the package. You will need the pictures of the damaged package and pictures of any damaged item(s) to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Keep the damaged items in a secure location, (do not throw them out) USPS has been known to ask for the actual items at a much later date in order to pay out the claim. If you do not have the items, the claim can be denied by the USPS. We will attempt to assist you with any issues involving an incident of this nature, but, keep in mind, we do not have any influence over the carrier and their decisions.

If you decide to return an item(s) because you do not like the item(s), you will be responsible for the shipping and packing charges to return the item(s) to us. Once the item has been received in it's original, and in good condition, we will issue a refund with a 20% restocking fee for each returned item(s). We will accept returns up to 14 days from the day the package was delivered, (this 14 day condition does not apply to items purchased on any live sale events).

All items are one of a kind, for this reason, we don't carry multiples of the exact same item, although, similar items may be available.

As always, we will assist you as best we can so that ultimately, a satisfactory result will come about for an unforeseen event.

We offer PayPal's pay in 4 option: Pay in 4 is available to consumers upon approval for purchases of $30-$1,500. Pay in 4 is not currently available to residents of Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Wisconsin, or any U.S. Territories. Offer availability depends on the merchant and also may not be available for certain recurring, subscription services.​ When applying, a soft credit check may be needed, but will not affect your credit score.​ You must be of legal age in your U.S. state of residence to use Pay in 4.​ Loans to California residents are made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law License.​ PayPal, Inc. is a Georgia Installment Lender Licensee, NMLS #910457.​ Rhode Island Small Loan Lender Licensee.

When buying an item, you agree that:  You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for any of our products, shipping, tax and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur at any time. Availability of items may change as stock is entered into the system, on rare occasions, products may not be available even though they appear as available. In these instances, it will be addressed with the customer as soon as we are aware of the issue. In the event an item is purchased that is no longer available, a refund for that item will be issued.

 

The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged by your payment method. Additional information about pricing, shipping and sales tax is available on the payments page.

 

Right to suspend or cancel any accounts:

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This is used to maintain contact with you for any business transactions that you have made or may make in the future only. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

 

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Druzy's Gems and Minerals LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or social media outlet or any of the services offered on the website or social media outlet. Also, although we endorse and promote small businesses on our site, we do not hold any interest in ownership or monetary holdings with any of the small businesses we support and are not liable as stated above in this section, in any manner for any of their business practices or policies.
